TPEC has in-depth knowledge and experience in providing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) services to lenders, real estate investment trusts, developers, and commercial and industrial property owners.

The Phase I ESA is performed in accordance with the ASTM Standard with the primary goal to identify potential environmental concerns. The general scope of services included site reconnaissance, chain-of-title review, aerial photograph evaluation, regulatory database review, and interviews with site and regulatory personnel.
If environmental concerns are identified in soil, groundwater or facility structures, but can not be quantified relative to potential risk and liability, TPEC can conduct a Phase II assessment, which may include:
