Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)

TPEC has extensive experience in conducting Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for commercial, industrial, and residential sites throughout the United States. The assessment was conducted in accordance with ASTM E1527. Record review typically included historical topographic maps, flood fire insurance mapping, land use mapping, permit records, state environmental records, and Federal and State radius databases. Site reconnaissance typically includes visual observation of the interior and exterior of the present structure, property periphery, and adjacent properties.

Property Condition Assessment (PCA)

TPEC conducted numerous Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for various commercial, industrial, and residential sites throughout the United States. The general scope of services included evaluation of site characteristics, building structure/architecture, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, conveyance system, life safety/fire protection systems, and ADA/code compliances.
